5th Eurasian Congress of cardiologists.

5th Eurasian Congress of cardiologists was held in Bishkek, capital of Kyrgyzstan, on 11-12 of September, 2017.

Bishkek hospitably threw open it’s doors. This years Congress was dedicated to memory and 90-year anniversary since birthday of Academician Mirsaid Mirrahimov and also 40-year anniversary since foundation of  Mirsaid Mirrahimov’s National Centre of Cardiology and Therapy at the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan.

More than 60 guests from different countries from near and far abroad took part in the work of Congress. Geography of Congress participants was presented by delegates from Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan,Japan, India, China.

Belarus is constant member and active participant of all congresses of Eurasian Association of cardiologists.

Chairman of Belarussian scientific society of cardiologists, Director of Republican Scientific and Practical Centre “Cardiology”, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, professor Alexandr Gennadyevich Mrochek was awarded with medal of Academician M.M.Mirrahimov “For the contribution to the development of medicine and healthcare of Kyrgyzstan” for perennial contribution to fortification and development of Eurasian cardiological movement.

Within the scope of Congress session of Eurasian Association of cardiologists was carried out in the form of round table. Alexander Robertovich Chasnoyt, executive secretary of society, leading researcher, Ph.D., took part in the dialogue at the round table on behalf of the Belarussian Scientific society of cardiologists.

Delegation from Belarus took active participation in the work of the Congress including specialists from the RSPC “Cardiology”. Reports on the actual topics of cardiac surgery, cardiology and perfusiology were presented.

Scientists, physicians, healthcare organizers worked as part of 2 plenary and 16 scientific and practical sections.

Only joint experience and efforts can help the situation with cardiovascular diseases in our countries.
