On September 29, 2018, the Garbuzov Festival was held at the educational institution of the Belarusian State Pedagogical University named after Maxim Tank with the active participation of the administration of the Republican Scientific and Practical Center Cardiology.

At the festival «Garbuzovy Fest» of the educational institution «Belarusian State Pedagogical University named after Maxim Tank» there was a venue of the Republican Scientific and Practical Center «Cardiology» «Pulse Vosheni», which was attended by about 40 people. Blood pressure was measured, body mass index and bioimpedance of adipose tissue in the body were measured to assess the effectiveness of physical training and the effectiveness of the food pyramid to maintain normal body weight, as well as the measurement of glucose level.

Information and educational materials for various categories of the population were widely presented to visitors of the site on the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, prevention of cardiovascular diseases, giving up bad habits, healthy eating, adequate exercise.
